How do I setup my account to receive Job Alerts? When you sign up for a MyJobStreet account, you are asked to provide your job preferences including your desired field of specialization, position level, and work locations. This makes up your job alert profile. LiNa, our personal career agent, will use these preferences to match jobs for you. You may edit the preferences in 'Job Alerts' - 'Edit LiNa Profile'. Job alerts will be sent to your registered email address - do make sure your email is valid.

Can I change my selections in LiNa Job Alert Profile? Yes, after you log into your MyJobStreet account, go to 'Job Alerts' - 'Edit LiNa Profile'. Job matching will always depend on the preferences you choose. To get more accurate job matches, be sure to select your preferences carefully. Job matches will be sent to you through your registered email but you may also view your job matches instantly in your account. Just go to 'Job Alerts' and select 'View LiNa Matches'.

How do I view my job matches? To view a list of jobs that matches your current Job Alert profile, just follow the steps below. a) Log into your MyJobStreet account. b) Under 'Job Alerts', click on the "View LiNa Matches" button. A list of jobs that matches your current Job Alert profile will be shown. Please click on the job title to view the job advertisement and full details about the job. c) Scroll to the bottom of the job advertisement and click on the "Apply Now" button. d) Key in your login details as requested to complete your online application.

Why have I not received Job Alerts from LiNa lately? There are a few reasons:- Your mailbox might be full previously, thus preventing LiNa from sending you emails - Login to your MyJobStreet account to check if there is a 'mailbox full' message and follow the instructions from there.
- Your email address may be wrong - Check the Account Info to see if the email address in your MyJobStreet account is correct.
- You may have set a high precision level for your job matches - Make sure that the preferences that you selected are not too specific. Check the 'View LiNa Matches' in your MyJobStreet account to see if there are any job matches.
- Your email service provider may have blocked LiNa emails - Please check your Spam or Bulk folder.
- You may have typed in some keywords for your high-precision job matches

How do I receive accurate job alerts? Our job matching is based on your selections in your LiNa Job Alert Profile. However, we also use information from your Resume (especially your years of experience, current job details, expected salary, skills, education, qualification) to match you to jobs.
Please re-select your requirements to receive more accurate job alerts.
- Go to 'Job Alerts'.
- Click on 'Edit LiNa Profile'.
- Re-select your Specializations, Location, Precision Level, Position Level or Employment Type.
- You could choose to add in Keywords to match your ideal job e.g. JAVA, C++. Separate multiple keywords with a comma. Click here for keyword tips. The use of keywords may reduce your job alerts because you will be sent very accurate matches only.
- Click 'Save & View LiNa Matches'. View the job list and check if you are getting more accurate job matches with your new selections.
Tip:
- Selecting 'All Jobs in a Country' will not give you accurate matches. Select a specific state or town to get more suitable jobs in that location.
- Select specializations related to your work experience, education or interest to get more suitable job alerts.
- Select your Position level according to your years of working experience.
- Remove your keywords if you do not receive job alerts.

How do I get more job matches? Go to 'Job Alerts' - 'Edit LiNa Profile'.- Try reducing your LiNa matching precision level.
- Choose a wider range of desired specialization areas.
- If you have entered any keyword, try removing them. Click here for keyword tips.
Click 'Save and view job matches' to view your job matches. If there are too many unrelated job matches, go back to your 'Edit LiNa Profile' and change your preferences.

What is LiNa Matching Precision Level? LiNa Matching Precision Level allows you to choose how closely LiNa matches jobs to you. There are four levels of matching. Depending on the level you choose, LiNa sends you jobs that will match more or less closely with you. However, if you choose a higher precision matching level, you might get less job matches though generally they should match closer to you.

How do I unsubscribe/deactivate LiNa Job Alert emails?
- Log into your JobStreet account.
- Click on "Account Info".
- Under the Subscribe/Unsubscribe option, click on 'Unsubscribe' to stop the job matching service.
- Remember to 'Save' your changes.
Please allow LiNa one to three days to clear all job alerts for you. After that, LiNa will stop sending you job information.

Is there any difference between the jobs I view online and the jobs I receive from LiNa? No. They are the same.
