Why do I need to complete my resume? You need to complete your resume because:- A complete resume contains the information required by employers to consider your job application. That is why it is so important that you provide as much details about yourself and your work in your resume to improve your chances of getting a positive response from employers.
- You must complete your resume in order to apply for jobs.
- You will also get more accurate job matches if your resume is complete, as the extra information in your resume will be used to match jobs to you more accurately.

How do I edit/change/update my resume? All the information in your MyJobStreet account or MyResume section can be edited at any time.
To Update/Edit your Resume a. Login to your MyJobStreet account. b. Go to 'MyResume', then to the section you want to update/edit. c. Click on the 'Edit' button on your right. d. Finally click 'Save'.
To complete your Resume a. Login to your MyJobStreet account. b. Click on 'MyResume'. c. Click on the section marked with a red 'X'. Fill up your details. d. Click 'Save'.
You must fill in all these details:- Personal Details
This section will provide employers with a brief introduction about you and how you can be contacted. You must provide a valid email address in order for JobStreet.com and employers to contact you. Always keep your contact information up-to-date so that you can be reached if you are shortlisted for a job interview.
- Education
Fill in your most recent and highest qualification obtained. The second highest qualification is optional. If you did not complete your education or are currently still pursuing your studies, choose "Incomplete" as your grade and enter your expected graduation date. Also, you can enter any certifications that you have earned under the "Professional Certifications" section.
- Work Experience
Fill in your current job or work experience. If you do not have any work experience or you are a fresh graduate looking for your first job, choose "I am a fresh graduate and seeking my first job". Then skip this section.

Do I have to fill up all the forms and fields? There are compulsory fields and optional ones. Optional fields are indicated with "(Optional)". You must fill in the compulsory fields. If you fail to do so, your form will not be processed and the system will prompt you back to those fields. As for optional fields, we strongly recommend you to provide the information so that your Resume will be more complete.

Why can't I access certain sections/pages in MyJobStreet? The reason could be due to the version of the web browser you are using. To fully access the features, we recommend that you use Internet Explorer (version 6 and above) or Firefox (version 1.5 and above) or any other compatible browser with JavaScript support. You should also turn on the option to accept Cookies so as to enjoy a more personalised service. How do I upload my photograph into MyResume? You may upload your photograph under 'MyResume' - 'Upload Photo' section, simply follow the steps below:- Scan your passport size photograph (or any other photograph, with the dimension of about 110 pixel wide and 150 pixel high.)
- Save the photograph in JPEG, JPG or GIF format, ensure that the file size do not exceed 15Kbytes.
- Go to 'MyResume' - 'Upload Photo' and click on the 'Upload photograph' link.
- A popup window will ask for the filename of your photograph. Enter the path and filename of your photograph or click the 'Browse' button to locate it, and then click on the 'Upload' button.
- Click on 'Close window and return to MyResume', you will now see your photograph in the page.

Why did I get an error when uploading photo to MyResume? Please check whether your photograph meets the below requirement:- File size must not exceed 15Kbytes.
- Photograph must be in JPG/JPEG or GIF format only. You can use most graphic software to convert and save your photograph in these formats. The extension of your file should then be .gif or .jpg, for example: myphoto.gif or myphoto.jpg
- Ideal dimension to save your photograph is 110 x 150 pixels.

If I do not have any work experience, can I still complete MyResume? Yes, but you have to indicate you are a fresh graduate in 'MyResume' - 'Work Experience'.
